Great Customer Service to Cater To Your Needs

Let’s be realistic here. How many times a week do you try to reach out to a local business and instead of getting a real person, you get a voice mail message that sounds something like this? “Hello there, we are unable to get to the phone right now because we are either in a meeting or dealing with another customer. Please be kind enough to leave a message and we will try and get back to you at our earliest possible convenience. Thank you so much for calling us and have a nice day.” Let’s be honest here. This is the norm these days. What’s our typical reaction to this? Most of the time we opt to do the very worst thing that we could and that is we actually leave a message or just get frustrated and call another St. Louis screen printing company. This will almost guarantee that we won’t get a call back in a timely manner. These days a voice mail is probably the most common means of communicating with a perspective buyer, if a face-to-face encounter or at least a real-time phone conversation is not possible or even practical.

We have been catering to the St. Louis digital T-shirt printing clientele for a long time now and we actually answer our telephone when a perspective client is trying to get a hold of us especially in our industry when a large percentage of our overall business is actually time sensitive. As a perspective Tee shirt and custom embroidery customer, you should be asking yourself this question. If this organization is not faithful to answer their phone and at least return my call within an hour or two of me leaving a message, then how much less likely are they to get back with me in a timely manner in the event that something doesn’t happen to go right and I need to make a change in my order? A lot of St. Louis embroidery companies don’t even work on the weekends. So in the event that I am forced to leave a message at the end of day on a Friday, nobody would probably bother to even check the voice mail until the start of business day on Monday.

In the event that we are forced to cater to a very time sensitive order, everything has to run smoothly in the event of an unforeseen surprise or change to the order. We have to be able to get a hold of one another immediately. As the owner of a St. Louis screen printing company I have to ask myself, “What is going to be the most conducive form of communication possible?” E-mails are an excellent way of keeping a record of what was discussed and agreed on, but when it comes to actually trying to work out a scenario that is going to be equally conducive for everyone involved, there is no substitute for either a face to face encounter or at least being able to talk to each other over the phone. We are confident that we have the right approach when it comes to the digital T-shirt printing and embroidery market.
