For example, we actually pick up our phone. You normally will not receive a voice mail. If you do happen to receive a recording, then that simply means that we are on the phone with another customer and you will receive a call back usually within 10 minutes of leaving a message. Think about this, if our competitors are not going to answer the phone for a potential job, then how much less are they likely to take your call if there is a problem?
Another reason that we are different from our competitors is we don't use an online bidding tool. We understand that every job and every company logo is going to be unique unto itself. We also realize that every potential customer that we deal with will have different budget limitations as well as potential time sensitivity. We are a huge believer and want to communicate and learn more about your unique set of circumstances in order to come up with the right strategies geared towards finding solutions to meet your wearable objectives and requirements.The more we know about your situation the better. This is something that an automatic bidding tool will not lend itself to.
Another thing that makes us different is our protocol. Once the order is underway, we file a strict system of checks and balances in order to make sure that your order is going to be processed correctly and efficiently from start to finish. The first step in this process is to provide you with a virtual example of your completed order before we ever even go to press. This helps to ensure, that everything is spelled correctly and laid out exactly the way you prefer it. If there is a problem, then it is very easily addressed at that point. Once the artwork and layout has been approved, we give you the options to actually be there when the first one is coming off the press. If you liked the first item, then you will normally like all the rest. Of course this takes extra time, but we realize that when it comes time to open up a box of completed product, that is not a good time to ask you how do you like them. By that time they're completed and they're not going to change.
We have been at this a long time. We get a large percentage of our overall workload from repeat customers as well as referrals. We're convinced that if we can provide you with a great looking finished product for a good price, then the repeat orders are going to take care of themselves. It's even easier to deal with the repeat customer than it is a first time client because at that point we have a history together.
